We went through *four* deadbeat contractors in *12 months* via a home warranty company and all of them ghosted on us. Not TechMasters though - they communicated arrival times, showed up on time, were professional and most of all ACTUALLY DID THE WORK THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO! Joey, Jason and Nathan installed our new furnace in just a few hours - clearly they knew what they were doing. They explained everything, answered all of my questions and even showed me how to manipulate the air diverters to maximize comfort and efficiency. We liked them so much that when it's time to do our air conditioner there's no question I'm going to request them by name through our warranty company. I would highly recommend Tech Masters for any HVAC repair and or installation job. Jason Kinney was my designated technician who was very knowledgeable, skilful and knew exactly what the problem was after he took the time to investigate. He stayed back to make sure all the systems were performing the way they are supposed to. I would pick them over Sears any given day who came out 7 times over a period of 2 months and were not able to fix a problem with a low voltage wire that was shorting.

A great company and excellent work. We had just bought our new home in the area and our 20 year old AC unit went out 5 days after closing. Not completely unexpected, but as home-buyers know, you have enough stress and financial burden already. I received a paid evaluation done by another vendor who came and informed me of the bad news. They presented 4 options for new HVAC and all were pretty pricey. I remembered that TechMasters had also responded very quickly and asked them to give us some pricing. They provided a free in-home assessment followed by MUCH MORE reasonable priced HVAC systems. We were up and running again with our new system only a short time later. Even with supply issues, this company understands they are in the business to give people relief. The other place, in addition to higher costs, was going to take 10 days longer to get our system installed. We use TechMasters now for our service and maintenance needs as well!
